Non-Independent Managing Director
Tengku Yusof bin Tengku Ahmad Shahruddin, aged 44, was appointed as our Director on 29 November 2007 and was re-designated as our Non-Independent Managing Director on 29 February 2008. He graduated in 1984 from the University of Toledo in the United States of America with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Civil Engineering. Upon his graduation, he joined Leonhardt, Kerps & Lefevre Structural Engineering as a Structural Engineer in 1984. In 1985, he joined Modal Bina Jalan Sdn Bhd as Project Engineer. Subsequently in 1988, he took up the position as Sales Engineer with Mobil Oil Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In 1991, he established Hexamas Sdn Bhd. Subsequently he was appointed Director of DESB in 1993. He is also a Director of FTSB and DMSSB. He holds several directorships in other private limited companies in Malaysia, including Hexamas Sdn Bhd, Hexamas Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, Pembinaan Sierra Mal Sdn Bhd, Samudra Makmur Sdn Bhd, and Pembinaan Sierra Indera Sdn Bhd.
