Charter Contracts and Industry Position

Dayang’s vessels are regularly chartered for major contracts with industry leaders such as Petronas Carigali and Hibiscus Petroleum. The company’s license with Petronas Carigali allow participation in contract tender which lead to awards of charter and will boost vessel utilization and competitive charter rates. The shortage of new vessel builds locally, coupled with an aging fleet, has constrained supply, thereby maintaining upward pressure on charter rates. This dynamic benefits Dayang by enhancing margins and overall profitability.
